Pt. 2 ~ Free to Be

Rev. JudeDear <<First Name>>,

As we get ready to celebrate the independence of our nation, we will also celebrate the idea of being free – truly free.  In our new series, "Freedom," we will apply the idea of freedom to a different aspect of our lives and as we do practice showing up as stronger, more empowered channels of the Divine.

This Sunday we continue with  with “Freedom to Be.”
It is a fundamental tenet of New Thought that we are each perfect, unique individual expressions of God.  But, as you were molded and shaped by your upbringing and environment, were you given the freedom to be you?  Many of us were not.  On Sunday, together, we experience the freedom to start anew so that we can be who we were meant to be.

In loving service,
Rev. Jude

Reiki at Unity of Stuart
Beginning on this first Sunday in July
and continuing on the first Sunday of each month, Reiki practitioners will be available for mini sessions after our 10:30 service.
- Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy balancing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and fosters healing.
- You may set an intention for the session if you like, but it is not necessary.
- Sessions at Unity of Stuart are about 10-15 minutes.
- Reiki energy is channeled through the practitioner's hands which will be held above several points around your head, shoulders, arms and/or hands.
- If you prefer the practitioner avoid any area, let them know before or during the session.
- Feel free to take a few minutes of reflection after the session before moving on to the rest of your day.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Tony Haigh or Cheryl Roby
