The Heart of Love

Rev. Jude

Dear <<First Name>>,

In Unity we teach that we are one with God. We also, like the majority of spiritual traditions, teach that God is love.  If both are true, (and they are) it means that our very essence is love.

If we are to look for a God of love we must look within ourselves and within each other.  We must look past our differences, release hatred, and be vigilant for love - for only love begets love.

Commentator, author, and social activist Van Jones once said, “When it’s hard to love, love harder.”  Doing that is high and holy work; some would say that it's not easy at all.  But what could be more important?

This Sunday, we continue with our Heart of the Matter series by looking at how we can “love harder” in some very real and tangible ways.

In loving service,

Rev. Jude
