“If you’re not living on the edge, you’re taking up too much space.” - Stephen Hunt
I love this quote. It inspires me to live on the edge in a variety of ways: Spiritually, intellectually, and physically. It reminds me to step out of my comfort zone and do the thing that I didn't - up until now- think I could do.
We’ve all seen inspirational quotes that encourage us to get out and do something strange—something we wouldn't normally do—but getting out of your routine just takes so much work. There's actually a lot of science that explains why it's so hard to break out of your comfort zone, and why it's good for you when you do it. With a little understanding and a few adjustments, we can break away from your routine and do great things.
What would you do if you were able to step on of your comfort zone and live a little bit closer to the edge? Join us this Sunday as we explore taking the leap!
