In the U.S. Botanic Garden Conservancy, don't miss "Exposed: The Secret Life of Roots." Photographer Jim Richardson captures above- and below-ground views of crops and prairie plants, and the actual plants he photographed are here. It's fascinating! To Oct. 13.
