When the attendant came by he said 'Did I understand you right? Is the captain a woman?' 
'Yes,'! said the attendant, 'In fact, this entire crew is female.' 'My God,' he said, 'I wish I had two double scotch and sodas. I don't know what to think with only women up there in the cockpit.' 'That's another thing, Sergeant,' said the crew member, 'We no longer call it the cockpit.'

Jadot Pouilly-Fuisse

In southern Burgundy, at the northern border of Beaujolais, lies the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. At the top of the hierarchy of Mâconnais wines, this area is in the heart of the great appellations that produce white wines: Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, Pouilly-Vinzelles and Saint-Véran. The judicious, subtle use of oak allows Louis Jadot’s Pouilly-Fuissé to retain its complexity and structure.

Barry Young
Tuscon, AZ
     Barry is a US Navy veteran, who began bartending after completing bartending school in 1993. He is currently the only bartender at the Monterey Court in Tucson, Arizona. Barry is also an instructor at the Tucson Bartending Academy. He spent most of his career behind bars in Orlando, Florida before moving out west. Barry has worked for a beverage consulting company/bartending school in Florida doing special events such as bartending competitions, toured the country with a frozen drink trailer for Jack Daniel's/Southern Comfort, and working the Coco Lopez booth at restaurant conventions. He is a member of the USBG, and Bar Smarts Certified.
