CWSAA Summer Update

See you in Lake Louise

CWSAA is thrilled to announce Chateau Lake Louise as the host location for the April 25 - 27, 2017 CWSAA Spring Conference.  The move supports the wish of most CWSAA members to relocate the conference every two or three years.  Thanks in advance to Lake Louise, Norquay, and Sunshine for supporting the operations workshops.  The Chateau offers large ballroom space that will help make the trade show exceptional.   The selection of this spectacular and historic national park location coincides with Canada's 150th Anniversary.  Further conference details will be posted on the website in the new year.

From Mountains to River Valleys

Since joining CWSAA in May, President & CEO Christopher Nicolson has visited 40 ski areas from the Prairies to the Pacific, plus many government offices.  Discussions have identified the priorities of members that will be reflected in upcoming fall meetings, 2017 spring conference, and ongoing CWSAA communication and activities.

Participate in the new Never Ever Days program

The Canadian Ski Council is hoping every Ski Area will participate in the Never Ever Days program. Designed to target millennials who are brand new to snowsports, Never Ever Days will provide them with a lift ticket, rental equipment, and a lesson for $25.  Sign your Ski Area up to participate, or find out more at https://www.skicanada.org/ned/
