At Her Heart we are celebrating Mental Health month, and as there is a strong link between our physical and mental health – its really important to take time out of your busy day to focus on your mind and wellbeing. It does not mean that you have to be meditating or doing yoga (it's great if you can!) but equally if you take time out to read a book, or go for a walk around your local park and connect with nature then you will reap the rewards.
