Managing Stress Part 6 - Enjoy Your Food 

 

First things first!  Resist the fear of not having enough in general.  The spirit of scarcity has blazed through our nation like a wildfire.  We are blessed by abundance!  Take stock and see how much you truly have and trust that you will continue to have plenty.  

This is a time to get creative with food.  Look up recipes to use what you have on hand.  Try one of these sites for help – SuperCook, Allrecipes Dinner Spinner.  What can you pull out of the freezer and from the back of the pantry to create a meal?  You might find a new favorite recipe or food combination!    How about using this time to cook and stock the freezer with easy grab and go meals for later?
