Stockholm-raised, NYC-based artist KISSEY brings a charge of high voltage, high fashion vibes to Fool’s Gold, channeling the city’s melting pot vitality in her DJ sets and original productions. Or, as i-D put it, “Manhattan’s electric energy and robotic precision is tangible in her beats, the unsettling edge and sensuality of Brooklyn nights are present in her vocals, [and] Harlem’s all-out balls-to-the-wall attitude carries through her live performances.” With a resume spanning the studio to the catwalk, KISSEY has left her mark on Sundance film soundtracks, GUCCI and Givenchy runway shows, and a diverse catalog of remixes for the likes of DFA soulman Sinkane and underground rap diva Cakes Da Killa.
Brooklyn-based record label Fool’s Gold was founded in 2007 by DJs A-Trak and Nick Catchdubs, bridging the worlds of hip-hop and electronic music while being dubbed an “indie innovator” by Billboard, a “tastemaker label” by the New York Times, and “one of the most influential indies in the music business” by Pitchfork. SCOPE Miami Beach’s monumental glass pavilion will host Outer Spaces’ 30 ft tall virtual sphere, against an ocean-view backdrop. Visitors are invited to enter the sphere via the Outer Spaces app, and navigate within an immersive environment to explore SCOPE Miami Beach’s floor plan, view special projects and purchase limited print editions only available within the AR sphere.

BOMBAY ARTISAN SERIES
Voting continues for the 2016 BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Artisan Series and time is running out to pick the people's choice finalists and send two artists to exhibit at SCOPE Miami Beach. The Artisan Series is a national search to find the next big name in visual arts. Created in partnership with Russell and Danny Simmons' Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, it offers under represented artists a national platform. During the search thousands submit their artwork but only some will go on to exhibit at local galleries during regional finals. Ultimately a total of sixteen artists are chosen to showcase at the grand finale event in Miami where three winners will be selected.
