Release Day!
After 8 months of blood, sweat, and tears (okay, the blood came from me cutting off my fingernail and had nothing to do with writing a book), I'm so pleased to say that Undeclared is finally here! This is Kellan's story, a book about a guy who thought he was living the life he wanted, until he realized he wasn't.
I'm so proud of how this book turned out. I typically know much more about a story when I start writing, but this one kept changing its mind. So many lines and scenes I swore would end up in the finished product never even made it into the first draft. Or the second, third, fourth, fifth, or sixth. So Kellan and I kind of fumbled along together, finding our own happily ever afters in different ways.
Thank you so much for being part of the journey - your support and encouragement is hugely appreciated. Click here to see how much. ;)

Kellan McVey
One of my favourite methods of procrastination is searching for inspiration pics, and though I could see Kellan in my head, it took a while to find the right picture. Someone mentioned the movie Something Borrowed and I immediately knew Colin Egglesfield was my man. In my dreams.

Andi Walsh
I couldn't stop picturing Lake Bell's eyebrows when I thought about Andi, and fortunately Bell went through a blonde spell and I found this (old?) photo of her looking very, well, Andi-like. Natural and gorgeous and sort of threatening. Perfect.
