Happy Easter

Spring begins and for some players it is the time to begin playing outdoors, maybe you can find some inspirations from our new ICO 500 Fun Series.

ICO 500 Fun Series

Crossminton is not like other racket sports; Crossminton can be played on almost any surface and location. We feel that some of the best assets of our game are under represented in todays Crossminton tournament calendar.

Therefore the ICO board has taken players and organizers requests and decided to create a new tournament category in order to showcase all aspects of Crossminton. Based on the great and innovative Multicourt Cup hosted by the Fuechse Berlin we have decided to create an entirely new tournament category, the "ICO 500 Fun Series”. Each member country will be allowed to host one Fun 500 points tournament each year.

Fun tournaments qualify if they include something unique. It can be playing in the dark with Blacklight, on multiple courts, on a mountain in the snow or a boat. The idea is to showcase all aspects of our sport and also to draw some attention and simply have a great time doing something truly unique.

The first two tournaments already planned are:

30.06.2018 - ICO Multicourt 500 Fun Cup 2018 in Berlin (GER)
02.02.2019 - ICO Blackminton 500 Fun Open 2019 in Krakow (POL)

Those examples are only possibilities, feel free to come up with your own location or mode. If you have an idea and want to host one of those Fun tournaments please contact

New webpage

We have spend some time to review and update our crossminton.org webpage. The new version looks the same but has been optimized regarding ist structure, content and hopefully displays all important topics and updates needed.

We are happy about some honest feedback and recommendations what else can be improved of what content is still missing.

Please send feedback to lewicki@crossminton.org

Also we would like you to add our mail address info@crossminton.org to your computers address book so our monthly newsletter reaches your inbox and does not end up in your spam folder.
