New CCOC Website

If you've visited lately, you may have noticed a few changes! After lots of feedback from tenants, staff, and volunteers, we're proud to announce the launch of our new website.

Some of the new features we've added for tenants include an improved maintenance request form, a calendar of CCOC events, and the ability to subscribe to our blog for regular updates. We have also added a feature to subscribe to our market rent vacancies — so be sure to tell any friends or family you may have who are looking for apartments! Our new website is designed to work well on cell phones and tablets, so you're able to access the information you need wherever you are.

Sustainability Workshops

Students from the University of Ottawa’s TD Environmental Leaders program are offering CCOC tenants the chance to learn more about living green through sustainability presentations and workshops this month.

Aging and Accessibility Accommodations

CCOC wants all of our tenants to be able to live and age safely in their homes. Accommodations in the living space sometimes need to be made for this to happen. Please contact us if you need grab bars for your bath tub or another change made to your home for aging or accessibility reasons. We’ll work with you to explore what we can do and to get the necessary accommodations in place so you can enjoy your home for as long as possible.

For more information, email the Maintenance department at or call 613-234-4065 ext. 707.

Reminder:  Flower order forms are coming next month!

CCOC gives tenants free flowers, herbs, and vegetables to plant in common areas, in yards, on balconies, and in window boxes. Look for the order form in the April NewsNotes. It will also be available on our website at in April.

Delivery of the plants will take place the first weekend in May.
This program relies on volunteers to sort and distribute the plants. To volunteer, email Natalia or call her at
613-234-4065, ext. 243.

Calling all gardeners:  It's time to start your seeds!
