My Fellow Medvalistas –
Medvale, like all small robust communities, has a newspaper. Welcome to the first edition of Medvale News. It will come to you the last Sunday of each month, and I hope you will enjoy it as you would a Sunday paper.
It will inform and inspire you as we extol the Medvale mission to “advance innovation to help millions get healthier by engaging a community of thoughtful healthcare leaders who support, connect and promote each other.” Our fine virtual village deserves nothing less. Read on…
Collaboration simplified
Medvale and Microsoft have been working together to set up Microsoft Teams for our Medvalistas. You can use it from the web, or install the app on your computer, laptop, or mobile device. With Teams, Medvalistas will be in a common private space to do networking, share ideas, articles, files, chat, have access to exclusive content, and get to know each other.
Wait for it!

We are burning out our healthcare workers
Carlos Arce at Elation, in Billings Montana, is on a mission to reduce healthcare workers’ loss of passion. He asks why have we created a healthcare system that takes the world's most resilient people...and burns them out. Elation's assessment tool points out opportunities within healthcare organizations to build the resiliency of our physicians, nurses, and staff; and follows up with high touch approaches to return to them the joy of medicine. Carlos was a guest on Medvale Radio recently.
