Governor Walker signs CBD Oil Bill into law: Act 4

On Monday, April 17th- Governor Scott Walker visited Burlington to sign into law Senate Bill 10 (2017 Wisconsin Act 4). I am proud to have co-authored SB 10, which corrects an oversight in previous legislation by allowing individuals in Wisconsin to possess CBD oil without a psychoactive effect as long as a doctor has certified that the CBD oil is being used for a medical condition, not just a seizure disorder. This bill provides hope for thousands of families statewide suffering with seizures and other medical conditions.
