Largest Rainy Day Fund in History

When the next fiscal year ends, Wisconsin will see a another record amount in its rainy day fund.  Thanks to Republican leadership on the state budget and our roaring economy in Wisconsin, the rainy day fund is projected to grow to over $400 million!  When I was first elected, the state's rainy day fund had contained just $15 million, despite never having been used. I'm proud that we are putting Wisconsin's budget on sound footing with a solid savings account!
