Have you seen the popular Laura Heine collage patterns? For some time we have been making fat 1/8 rolls with prints suitable for both the collage and the multi print backgrounds.
Staff member Susan has been working on the large version of the octopus. If you come in soon (Susan works Monday,Wednesday and Thursday). you can see her gorgeous work in progress. It soon has to go home to get stitched ready for the Victoria Quilters Show in early June.
Laura Heine patterns cover an eclectic array of subjects, objects and animals. Lots in stock and more coming with each monthly order.
PS. Susan has her own line of embellishment packs. Look for the display on the cash register counter.

NOTE FROM GAIL :
Thanks to all of you that have been sending your cards and wishes for a quick recovery- much appreciated. Speaking of appreciating - my staff is really doing a great job holding down the fort, although I do feel that my math skills are often missed!
So you will be able to find great staff - selected sales for a while ( I saw the Judy Niemeyer patterns and extra papers 50% off and the Jacqueline de Jong patterns for 30% off) .
I am recuperating from my first surgery on Feb 12 but very little was done besides installing a kidney stent. And that stent will hopefully contribute greatly to the success of surgery #2 tentatively scheduled for Mar 19.
**SURGERY UPDATE: I guess “tentatively scheduled” is code for “most likely will be cancelled”! New date is April 15. I am SOOO glad the Victoria Quilters Guild show had to be scheduled at the beginning of June this year instead of its normal beginning of May slot.**
