When: April 9th, May 5th
Where: Virtual Training
Cost: $100-400

Communities of color are being severely impacted by COVID 19. It is during this critical time that we must strive to ensure that the policies and strategies our organizations and institutions are utilizing in response to this pandemic are racially equitable. As we figure out ways to support our communities and each other, it is as important as ever that we sharpen our racial analysis to advance long term, sustainable, and racially equitable solutions during COVID and beyond.

If you work with organizations and communities that are seeking to build racial equity within and across institutions, then we would like to invite you to check out our Building Racial Equity (BRE): Foundations training series.

As we all practice physical dancing, we are offering an opportunity for social solidarity via our virtual Building Racial Equity Training, an online, interactive and practice oriented learning experience. Our virtual training will allow participants to interact with fellow racial justice advocates across the globe while receiving in depth coaching and instruction from our expert training team. Our Building Racial Equity training provides a pivotal opportunity to sharpen, grow and practice racial equity in a way that is focused on transforming systems and structures.

The Building Racial Equity series, developed by Race Forward, are interactive trainings for those who wish to challenge and change institutional racial inequities. Building Racial Equity: Foundations is the first and “foundational” training of the series. This training will introduce participants to concepts, frames, and tools that are essential to a productive racial equity practice. Participants will build on and strengthen racial equity practices for themselves, their organization, and their networks.

Virtual training will happen on April 9th and May 5th.
Scholarships are available as needed and upon request. Email us at to inquire about our scholarships.
