&
Prints by Rina Marfatia

Rina Marfatia has always enjoyed art in its various forms. She has dabbled in pottery, painting, photography and is now immersed in the fine art of linocut. A physician by day, artist by heart.

She is an avid traveler and her art is inspired by her travels, nature and her specialty of infectious diseases.

Nitin Chitale has been photographing birds since 2005. It started as an interest in identifying the many species that visited his backyard in Tennessee, and grew into a serious hobby. Now he seeks birds wherever he travels, and has taken pictures of over 450 species of birds in the wild, across the U.S., India, Australia, England, Iceland, Peru, Barbados, Mexico and most recently Eastern Canada.

He lives in San Francisco, which is a very birdy city, with over 300 species having been reported there. He is about 2/3rds the way to his goal of seeing all the birds in the city.

Currently, he is updating his life lists, grouping them by region, and listing them according to Order/Family, then common and scientific names for each species. This is a work in progress, with quality images of approximately 440 species and additional images of 175 species.
