What Compliance Issues Are Plaguing WA Dispensary Owners?

As legal cannabis markets have expanded, states are moving toward stricter compliance requirements. In Washington, the largest number of regulatory violations in 2015 involved failure to use or adequately maintain the required traceability system.  This is of particular concern to regulators because traceability systems in helping reduce product diversion. Other key violation areas included allowing minors access to the facility, failure to maintain adequate security systems, and violations of advertising guidelines.
