We continue to learn that some of the industry standards for spas are not a good fit for a small business like ours.

We will never cancel your scheduled appointment unless we have an emergency or illness. In the event that a rare schedule conflict arises, we will give you weeks notice about changing any existing appointment. 

In return we ask that you prioritize your massage appointments, knowing that this time is held exclusively for you. Unlike a spa, we do not accept walk in clients; when we receive short notice cancellations, it often results in a financial loss for us, as it’s not always possible to rebook your session. This is a great challenge for a small business. 

Effective immediately, we have changed our cancellation policy to 48 hours notice:

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment to avoid being charged in full for the missed appointment.
