Bring on the outdoor activities... We hope you have a ton of fun this Summer! To feel your best, please be sure to stretch after those weekend warrior adventures! Remember, bouncing into a stretch is not advised; you could over lengthen or worse, tear a muscle in this way. To go deeper into a stretch, you need to be patient, go slow and breathe into it: take a deep breath in and as you exhale try to lean further into the stretch. It may be intense, but it should never be painful, just like massage 😊. This is an important part of every work-out, yet many people skip it. If you replace just five minutes of exercise with stretching, your body will feel better and thank you!
