BounceBack® is a free, confidential, and self-directed skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry.
BounceBack® aims to be an empowering and practical way of learning key life skills that can boost your mood and help you turn the corner. The website uses guided videos and workbooks (both available in multiple languages) based on the proven cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approach.
