One Voice Community Choir - Big News!
The original dates for the performances of Our Promise, Our Prayer have just passed this last weekend. It is a strange feeling to see those dates go by without any concerts. Without any rehearsals. We are grateful for each and every person involved with One Voice and are excited to announce the NEW DATE FOR ONE VOICE AT THE WASHINGTON PAVILION.
For one night, June 21, we will come together to present a gift to the community that involves beautiful musical arrangements, a fantastic choir, a live orchestra, dancers from local studios and the very funny Bob Stromberg. In these times, we are seeing the role of First Responder taking an even bigger place in our hearts, minds and prayers. The medical community has been a huge part of handling the COVID-19 situation and we are working to invite them to come and be celebrated along with the Fire Department, Police Department, Dispatch and EMS services.
It is our prayer that the time will be perfect for gathering together again safely. We want to bring a night of good news and gratitude for the community of Sioux Falls. This is also Father's Day--what a great event to bring dad to!
TICKETS: If you have a ticket that says May 28, your ticket has been converted to the same row and seat for Sunday, June 21 at 7 pm. If you have a ticket that says May 27, your ticket will need to be changed to the Sunday evening performance. You may not have the same row and seat, however, so it's important to call the Washington Pavilion and get that cleared up. It is likely that you've already been contacted if you have tickets for the 27th of March. If not, please call the Pavilion and get those tickets switched. Be patient when trying to reach the Box office at the Pavilion. They are working on lots of rescheduling and ticketing but they will get to you. If you have your order number when you purchased the tickets, that will be a big help to them.
If you haven't gotten your ticket(s) yet, please do so soon. Going to one performance makes a big difference in available seating so call the box office or purchase online at your earliest convenience. 605-367-6000
Finally, thank you. Your prayers and encouragement over these months have been tremendous and we have felt them. While it may be disappointing to delay the concert, we have great peace in moving forward with this new date. God has been faithful to guide our steps and He hasn't stopped because of this virus. We are moving forward with excitement, anticipation and thanksgiving.
