Helping Hands Ministry
We wake up today in different times than we did even 1 week ago. As Covid-19 works its way through our communities, we are still trying to find our way in a differently connected church family. Even though some of you are very comfortable in digital formats and are able to “talk” in those terms, some are still learning!
One thing that isn’t changing is how life affects each of us. The stories are coming more frequent of concerns with jobs, health, money, etc. We would like to remind the PHCC family that we do have the Helping Hand fund available should you or someone you know feel there is nowhere to turn for assistance. This fund was setup to help members/attenders of this church. We might hope to be able to help all we know that could use a lift, but we do need to limit this to those in our church. There are resources available through the city that we can point others to.
Experience has shown us that many, maybe most, people find it difficult to ask for themselves but asking for someone else is not as stressful. If you need to inquire for yourself or someone else that is struggling, please contact Pastor Rick, Harlan Tennapel or Mark Youngberg for details. Let’s continue to care for, struggle along side and bless our brothers and sisters at Prairie Hills!
