Here are some fast facts about bees!

The most honey is made in July, and each month tastes differently due to the difference in flowers!

Bees are most active on warm days.

One bee has to fly about 90,000 miles – three times around the globe – to make one pound of honey. And the average bee only makes 1/12 of a teaspoon in their lifetime.

Honey is incredibly healthy and includes enzymes, vitamins, minerals. It’s the only food that contains “pinocembrin”, an antioxidant associated with improved brain functioning.
Three of our vendors sell honey... and you better beelieve that it’s tasty!
This may be one of the last weeks for fresh flowers, as they are done after the first frost. Enjoy them and relish in the last of summer while they are still here!
