Wines In Your Shipment
The next installment of our continuing quest to add texture and complexity to our white wines with the use of skin contact during fermentation, this "orange wine" has improved dramatically with time in bottle. In this vintage we aged in a blend of 25% new French oak and 75% stainless steel, giving the wine richness while retaining its fresh aromatics. Only 154 cases produced.
A blend of three white grape varieties this wine gains important characteristics from each: lush stone fruit and racy acidity from Grenache Blanc, flinty minerality and sturdy structure from Roussanne, and bright floral aromas from Viognier. It is our first release of a white Rhône blend, but we love it so much, it won't be the last. Only 89 cases produced.
Drained off the skins after only seven days, this "nouveau" style wine has the gorgeous dark color typical of Malbec but without the brawny body and structure. Aged briefly in stainless steel, it is light, fresh and fruity and a natural fit at a backyard barbecue or with Thanksgiving dinner. Serve it slightly chilled. Only 56 cases produced.
For the third vintage in a row, we think we've achieved our goal of producing the best bang-for-your-buck Cabernet around - but you can be the judge... Aged in 50% new French oak barrels and assembled from five different vineyard sources, this wine is rich and complex with an epic finish. Only 433 cases produced.
Blau vineyard produces Malbec with special character - deep, dark, bold, and yet impeccably balanced. It has been one of our favorite wines to barrel taste in the cellar since it was first crushed and has developed beautifully. If you enjoyed our acclaimed 2013 vintage of this wine, we're confident you'll love this wine as well. Only 72 cases produced.

We first released this wine when we only had a few club members, so we thought we'd give our newest members the chance to enjoy the last few cases of this gorgeous Cabernet that was recently rated 93 points by Wine Enthusiast. Only 39 cases remain of the 215 originally produced.
