Suction Dredge Mining Cases-Miner’s Case Status Statement

Hello Friends!
As most of you already know, it's been a tough summer as the miners were dealt a legal setback in the California Supreme Court with the Rinehart decision. PLP's legal battle in the dredging cases in San Bernardino had been put on hold until Rinehart, and now that hold has been lifted. Here is the statement from our attorney, Mr. James Buchal, which was filed in Judge Ochoa's court. We are sharing it here so you can be up to date with what PLP is doing in the battle to get the miners back in the water.
PLP has been involved in this long legal fight since the beginning in 2009! There is more to do before this fight is over so stay tuned; we will let you know what you can do to help with the next steps going forward.
