Dear Babblers

Thank you all for coming to another fabulous Hitchin Babble session with our very own Michelle Turner-Davidson, entrepreneur and networking guru. I found it really useful to think about Twitter and what it can offer us in starting and developing our businesses. It is a great tool for business and I liked Michelle's analogy of the balls in the glass; like the lottery, you've got to be in it to win it! I'm delighted to see the flurry of tweets so I think we all enjoyed and got something out of it, I know I did. 

Let's build on that and get practising. How about we share something about our business/business to be or introduce ourselves and our business and share it. Use the #bbabble hashtag in each tweet and copy each other in by including each other's handles (eg @InspireAspireUK) within the message. Send as many tweets as you need to include everyone, get a buzz going and try to include a picture, even if it's just a logo or your cat! Don't forget to add your Twitter name or handle to the Twitter post I've made so everyone knows each others [here]. There aren't any notes for this session but I have put some tips and a couple of simple Twitter links [here]. One that I used when i first started with Twitter is www.momthisishowtwitterworks.com.
