Maybe the weather wasn’t brilliant during the second quarter of the year (at least in most of Spain), but these circumstances didn’t manage to slow down the work at S3!
All this can be ‘translated’ logically into a fresh Newsletter with plenty of news, which we hope you will find interesting.
We will cover in detail a host of new sourcing projects and a level of almost ‘hyper-activity’ in the area of business teaching, but the main news topic was without doubt the first trip to Spain by Sarah Zhi, the manager of our Shanghai office.
The visit, with a variety of objectives, included many activities, like meetings with the company’s principal customers, a bunch of internal get-togethers and the unavoidable dose of tourism.
On the other hand, as far as business teaching goes, we will also cover a double ‘première’, namely our first classes in China in the context of the program of a Belgian business school.
Finally, almost inevitably, we will have to briefly talk about the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and how we treat the data we have on e.g. you, the readers of our S3Newsletter.
Wishing you all a great time reading this Newsletter as well as a wonderful summer vacation!
Warm regards from Barcelona,
