Hi everyone,

Wondering about sugar? This is the email for you.

In my blog post "Why I ask some patients to quit desserts," I explain why high-dose fructose can be a problem for some people, but whole fruit is just fine. I also look at the benefits of eating protein with every meal.

The "longevity" of blue zones may really just be an artifact of bad record-keeping (i.e. not real).

The main thing to know about HRT during perimenopause? You’ll need progesterone before you need estrogen.
