GAIA-CLIM User Requirements Survey
In the framework of the Horizon 2020 program of the European Commission the GAIA-CLIM is looking at improving the insitu measurements to calibrate the satellite measurements. One of the key outcomes will be a web-based "virtual observatory" facility hosted by EUMETSAT.
