Happy New Year! We hope that this announcement finds you and your loved ones in good health. 

We are very excited to launch our four-part Virtual Governance Series in 2022 with our first session on February 2nd: The Board's Role in Member Representation

Join us from 10:30am - 12:00pm EST as we consider how Boards of Directors are expected to focus on strategy while leaving operations to management. Yet, when Directors speak to their members, the concerns they hear are typically focused on day-to-day issues. This session will share ideas from school board trustees and credit unions on how to solicit feedback from members, which can help provide strategic insights.

In preparation for this session, you are asked to complete a short 10-minute survey to share insights from your credit union, co-operative or mutual organization.
