New Class and Mini Session Offerings!
I'm very happy to move back to a session based system. This will allow our Progressive Series to maintain consistency and give beginners an opportunity to begin at the beginning--always an important goal of our studio. You can view our Summer Registration Schedule here and register for the full session at our discounted rate of $10/class. You will receive all of the links for the session in your confirmation e-mail.
If you prefer to register for individual classes, you can view our calendar here and purchase one class at a time at our virtual drop-in rate of $15/class.
We are also offering a 5 Class Pack. Visit our online store & select any 5 classes for your cart. Enter the coupon code "5PACK" and receive $15 off your total purchase, for the discounted price of $12/class. You will receive the links and details for all 5 classes in a confirmation e-mail.
Please join me in welcoming Janet Hlatky as our newest instructor. Janet completed the Alignment-Based Yoga Teacher Training from Health Advantage Yoga Center, where we all trained. Janet also shares my love of Yin Yoga and completed her 60 hour Yin Teacher Training. You'll be able to get to know Janet in her section of Yoga 1/2 (new to Thursday evenings) and a Yin Mini Session on Sunday evenings.
I appreciate your feedback from our online survey--please take a look at all of our new classes and minis, based on your responses:
- Sunday Yoga for Strength Mini with Elizabeth @3pm
- Sunday Yin Mini with Janet @6:30pm
- Thursday Yoga 1/2 with Janet @5:30pm
In addition, I will be offering a Mindfulness and Meditation class on Mondays at 6:45pm. This class will focus on practices that help to keep us grounded in the present moment, even in constantly changing, unsettling circumstances. This class will be donation based to offer access to everyone. If you are able to donate, you may do so through our online store. Otherwise, simply e-mail me to let me know you would like to attend and I will send you the links for the session. Donations will be directed to meal support for Georgetown South, a portion of our community which has been particularly hard hit by both the health and economic impact of COVID-19.
Thank you all for you continued support as we move onto these new platforms and formats. I appreciate your patience and the opportunity to continue to practice with you.
