Sneak Peek at Fall!

Our Full Session Registration is ready! There are still a few tweaks that need to happen in order to have the calendar page ready to be able to purchase single classes and class packs, but you can see our Fall Livestream Session Schedule here.

I'm excited about our Fall offerings! All of our Yoga 1/2 & Yoga 2 classes have extended to 75 minutes to give bodies a chance to prepare for and release from their peak poses. We're also shaking things up on Thursday evenings with Shernita. Try out her Yoga for Stability and Mobility to slowly build strength and flexibility at the pace that feels right to your body. I'm also offering a Mid-Day Mindfulness and Meditation class that is just 30 minutes. We'll explore some breath work and mindfulness exercises to help keep you grounded and focused throughout your week & we'll build on those skills to lay the foundation for a meditation practice.
