Summer Registration is Open!

Happy Summer Solstice!

Today marks the Summer Solstice-the day with the longest amount of daylight all year. It is a transitional day and a wonderful opportunity to pause and check in with life in general. Enjoy this article by Kirsty Gallagher to explore some ways you can celebrate this special day.

Our Summer Schedule is posted on our website. Explore some of our new options like No Stress Yoga where we'll explore ways to reduce stress through a variety of techniques, including Pranayama (breath work), acupressure and a variety of styles of Yoga to help you build your de-stress toolkit!

We're also adding a Yin/Yang Yoga class for those who enjoy the quiet, healing benefits of Yin, but don't want to forgo strength & balance. This class will combine all three!

Classes begin July 8th after a short break for Independence Day. Please e-mail us if you have questions about which class is the best fit for you. We look forward to seeing you in the studio this summer!

Summer Flexibility

While there are a lot of benefits to registering for a full session, we understand summer brings with it vacations, adjusted childcare schedules and many other distractions! So we provide a Flex Card option that allows you to practice as you are able. Family members and friends are welcome to share your Flex Card, so bring those visiting relatives along with you to class! We also offer private classes for individuals and groups if you really want to be in the schedule driver's seat!

Balance your Summer Sport with Yoga

Summer is prime time to renew your interest in sports like running, swimming and cycling. Yoga is a great way to balance those efforts, strengthening your body in preparation and easing your body afterward as well as clarifying your focus which enhances all your activities off the mat. A Mixed Levels class can give you just the right boost and allow you to progress at your own pace. Try Sheryl's Wednesday morning class or stop in on Thursday nights.
