Out With the Old, In With the New!


As we finally say goodbye to 2020, we can take a moment to reflect on our progress over the past 9 months. As the crisis evolved and we learned to adapt, I hope you can all feel the strength and resilience you developed. I'm sure we've all had our moments of doubt, when we weren't sure if we could keep going, whether we were making the right choices. All natural in the face of a completely new and extreme set of realities.

Being included in your practice this year has been a great gift to me--and I'm sure our other instructors would agree. Sharing this practice of Yoga, even though we can't be in the same physical space, has afforded us a connection--to each other, to the time before the pandemic, and to whatever format our practice will take in the coming year as the pandemic hopefully resolves and we turn our attention to securing a new space.

Our Winter Schedule is here. We will begin on Sunday, January 3rd and continue through March 27th. I hope you will join us and continue this journey. I look forward to seeing each of you in the New Year.
