Fall Livestream Classes are here!

I can hardly believe we closed our physical space almost six months ago. At the time, I thought we would be returning in a matter of weeks. Thank you to everyone who made the shift online with us and to those who have stayed in touch in other ways.

We found that returning to our session-based system worked well this summer, so we're continuing it into the fall. You are welcome to register for the full fall session for a discounted price of $10 per class. For those who need a bit more flexibility in their schedule, or would like to sample multiple classes before committing, we are offering a 5 class pack for $12 per class. Just select any 5 classes in one transaction and enter the code "5PACK" when you check out to receive the discount. Of course you are always welcome to drop into individual classes.

If you've been wanting to try Yoga but haven't found a way, we'd like to ease your way. Select any 3 classes and enter the code "NEWFALL20" to try 3 classes for just $21!

We still have studio props for sale at cost if you are looking to make our home studio more comfortable. Just let us know what you need & we will arrange for a no contact delivery!
 

Fall Schedule Updates

I am excited about all of our new offerings for the Fall Schedule, including some new ideas & I hope to see you on the mat!

  • Shernita will be offering "Yoga for Stability and Mobility" on Thursdays at 6:45pm. As our practice evolves, we begin to focus inward and take care of our body minds in new ways. This practice will allow you to build strength and stability as well as increase flexibility and mobility. Students will learn to be present in their bodies as they enjoy passive stretches and gentle flows.
  • Janet is expanding her Sunday evening Yin class to the full session. Join her in this healing practice to increase mobility and deepen the mind body connection.
  • Join me for a Mid-Day Mindfulness and Meditation practice short enough to fit into your lunch hour, but long enough to bring real changes on and off the mat. Curious about how Mindfulness can benefit your life? Check out this article from Psychology Today.

We've changed up some of the Progressive Series classes as well as students evolve and need to deepen their practice. Several of our classes have extended to 75 minutes in order to allow for a more easeful pace or time to build up to a peak pose that will challenge your practice. Our Yoga 1/2 and 2 classes as well as our No Stress Yoga have extended class times.

I am looking forward to sharing some mindful moments with each of you. We are all juggling a lot right now between our own work schedules, school obligations for our younger family members and taking care of our older generation. Taking the time to connect with the present moment has so many benefits in both the short and long term. I hope you will continue to meet us on the mat to make time and space for your practice.
