Livestream Workshops in time for the Holidays!


After such a stressful eight months, we thought you could use a little support as the holidays approach. So we've invited some of your favorite workshop instructors from Health Advantage Yoga Center to give you some tools for mindfulness and self-care. Your health is a priority and we are always looking for ways to encourage self-care. We hope you'll enjoy these offerings as you add tools to your toolbox.

Erin Scherger will offer A Mindful Approach to Nutrition to give you some guidance in your day to day nutrition with a mindful twist, along with some specific tools to help you enjoy your holiday meals without losing sight of your overall health and well-being. (Saturday, 11/21 from 1-3:30pm).

Pat Pao will bring her Yoga and the Art of Self-Care workshop on December 5th from 3:30-5pm to explore a variety of practices which will help to release tension and help balance energy as well as improve movement patterns and overall health.

To finish things off, Elizabeth will offer a Holiday Restorative and Yoga Nidra workshop to encourage deep relaxation and promote physical, mental and emotional well-being. (Saturday, 12/12 from 3:30-5pm)
