Called to prayer...
Thank you to everyone who gave up some time over the last week or so to pray Thy Kingdom Come at The Point. It was great to see so many there over the different sessions, and I know that others wanted to be there but could not. Thanks too for signing up for the 24/7 prayer day - maybe we'll have another 24 hours of prayer at CCC again soon - and for joining in the prayer times on the streets and at the Calabash yesterday.
I hope that this time has been an inspiration to you to pray more, and that we'll keep on praying...
Trina has messaged me to ask particularly for prayer for her health. Frustratingly she's had the same chest infection for almost 18 months, and she has more investigations planned this week. Trina writes: I feel a real need to mobilise much prayer. I’m still struggling as you know. Have broncoscopy on Wednesday and have been at hospital every day for last 5 days doing tests/ handing in sputum samples . So a bit tired too. Pray for safety on Weds
Let's support Trina by praying for health, energy and rest as the investigations and treatment continue, for supernatural healing for her, and for wisdom and inspiration for the medical staff.
Keep praying too for Greg, Sophie, JT and Abi who arrived in the UK yesterday - pray for them as they start unpacking and organising, and processing the transition they are making.
I know there are other prayer needs too - if you need prayer for something make sure to contact someone and ask them to pray, so that we can support and build each other up in God's family.
