DAVIE COUNTY, NC—The clinic scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, January 20 will be from 1-4:30 pm at the Davie County Community Park, 151 Southwood Drive. This clinic is for individuals who received the first dose of the Moderna vaccine on December 20 or December 23, 2020. You will need to bring your immunization card when you arrive for your second dose.
Please note that the 2nd immunization of Moderna can be given up to four days before the 2nd dose date listed on vaccine cards, and at any point after. Pfizer can be given at any point after the 2nd dose date.
VACCINE CLINIC SET FOR FRIDAY, JANUARY 22
The clinic scheduled for Friday, January 22, will be from 10am to 2pm at the Davie County Community Park, 151 Southwood Drive. This clinic will be a 1st dose clinic for frontline healthcare workers and for individuals over the age of 65. First time recipients are encouraged to complete the vaccine paperwork that is available online at https://www.daviecountync.gov/DocumentCenter/View/11028/New-CVMS-Recipient-Registration-Form. Individuals who are unable to complete prior to arriving can obtain paperwork at the clinic site.
Regarding Traffic Flow
Vaccine traffic will be routed at the stoplight onto Southwood Drive and into the parking lot, from either direction on Highway 601. Please note that traffic will be directed by law enforcement--early admission will not be allowed.
