Update from Davie County Government

COVID Vaccine Clinic Set for Wednesday, January 6

DAVIE COUNTY, NC—Davie County Health and Human Services will be holding the next drive-thru COVID vaccine clinic at the Health Department on Wednesday, January 6th from 1:00-4:30 PM. This clinic is specifically for individuals 75 years of age and older (i.e. Phase 1b, Group 1 according to the Vaccine Prioritization Framework Plan and have a birth date of 1/06/46 or earlier). Individuals who qualify for vaccination should arrive no earlier than 12:45 PM.

In addition, individuals should complete prior to arrival the Recipient Vaccination Questionnaire (download, print and complete by clicking the link below) as this will allow the process to move more quickly.
