The Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center is housed in one of the most beautiful constructions in Fort Myers: the federal building. It was built in the 1930s. The architectural style of the center belongs to the neo-classical direction. The facade of the structure is supported by eight grand columns and is adorned with splendid decor elements. In front of the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center two cylinder sculptures designed by Jim Sanborn are situated. In the evenings, the sculptures reflect lit letters on the building of the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center.
