Dear Members and Friends,

Are you passionate about issues facing women and girls in our world today? Period poverty, inequitable access to education, and support for those going through physical and mental illness... just to name a few.
We at the National Council of Jewish Women (NSW), Chair Zoe Guenzl, are looking to form a Youth Committee to support those affected by these issues, and to lead our wider Jewish community in making positive change. There are many opportunities for us to improve the lives of women and girls all over the world from right here in Sydney, and we as the Youth Committee are going to lead this mission ourselves.
Some ideas you could help with include:
- Fundraisers e.g. movie night with gold coin donation
- Workshops e.g. creating sanitary kits for women and girls in period poverty
- Themed social events e.g. Pink Breakfast for Cancer, walk for Mental Health

Please consider joining us in creating this change. You may reach out to us on:

Look at this beautiful baby blanket she has made for Cuddle Bundles from our scraps.
This beautiful Cuddle Bundle was packed for a 6 week old baby girl. We are so fortunate to have an abundance of beautiful brand new and gently used clothing and accessories to ensure that the Mums and babies we assist are able to get superb quality items, showing them the love and respect that they deserve. This is all possible because of the generous donations of items we receive from Sydney businesses and Mums. Thank you everyone for your amazing support for which we are extremely grateful.
