- a generous selection of authentic tapas (including hand shaved jamón serrano, aged hard cheeses, chorizo, baked mussels and San Sebastian pinchos with white anchovies, quails eggs and roasted peppers).
- gourmet paellas – arros negre (pan fried prawns and calamari with black rice and aioli), paella valenciana (in the original tradition) and a vegetable paella (with mushrooms, charred fennel and truffle oil).
