The October meeting was held at Castle Church on October 6th. Nominations for the 2020 Board of Directors was held. We had somewhat of a small turn out and we hope to see you at the next meeting. We will announce the nominees for the board at the November meeting with election in December.
The club discussed meeting locations. At this time Brew Theory seems to be a strong contender based on hours, space and location. They have extended their hours so they are now open on Sundays and the space is very good. It was motioned and voted by those in attendance to try Brew Theory for the November Meeting on November 3rd. Members of the board will reach out to Brew Theory to finalize.
BJCP Beer Training:
BJCP Training will be held at RockPit Brewing on October 28 at 7pm. Please see the info below for the upcoming class on German Wheat Beers. Please come prepared by reviewing the BJCP style guidelines for these styles *before the class*:
This is a great opportunity to expand our knowledge and prepare anyone for the BJCP exam that is interested. We hope you will consider attending.
