ALPSP Conference & Awards 2016 14-16 September 2016, London, UK #alpsp16
Join Adrian Stanley and Isabel Thompson as they tease out what academic engagement should look like in the future. Find out whether peer review is dead or alive in a session chaired by Pippa Smart. Consider what the core expertise of a publisher is today with Jon White and his panel. These are just a few of the compelling sessions we have lined up.
The ALPSP Conference provides a friendly forum in which to share information and knowledge and engage in open discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing publishing today. Speakers will present a range of views to encourage debate, and offer practical insights into the key issues facing today's publishing community. In addition to the formal sessions, there is time for informal networking including the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, sponsored by the Copyright Clearance Center, and the Conference Awards Dinner and Quiz on Thursday night.
