Research Bulletin - December 2016 (Issue 10)

As 2016 draws to a close, we would like to thank all colleagues and partners for their support during a very busy but productive year for NHS Research Scotland (NRS). The recently published Research Matters (December 2016) detailed some of our key achievements over the past year; and in this issue of Research Bulletin we highlight the launch of Scottish Government's Health and Social Care Delivery Plan which recognises research as 'central to all high performing health systems' - a positive message to take us in to 2017. Also take the opportunity to read more about upcoming training awards and funding schemes, changes to IRAS, some exciting plans from Commercial Clinical Operations Group (CCOG) and the flagship DIA EuroMeeting which will take place in Glasgow during March 2017 attracting over 2500 healthcare professionals. We wish you a happy festive season and a successful 2017.
