|Please welcome our newest summer intern, Kathleen Boyd
! Kathleen is a second-year doctoral student in the Financial Planning & Therapy program at Kansas State University. Her research interests include POC communities, non-traditional families, and millennials. Kathleen has a professional background in investment management, retirement planning, and commercial banking. Outside of work, Kathleen loves Long Beach (where she resides) and is heavily involved in the local community. She is a Leadership Long Beach graduate, founder of Long Beach’s first Financial Planning Day, and was recently named a “Rising Star” by the Financial Planning Association of Orange County. Through the internship, Kathleen is looking forward to serving our clients while learning more about the unique financial needs and challenges women-in-transition face.
Kevin gave a great presentation to the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Orange County co-presenting with insurance consultant, Fred Giron
on the Inspired Financial property and casualty insurance review process, the analysis, how to identify pitfalls, make recommendations, and how to communicate that to the client.
Inspired Financial was a sponsor for the CalCPA “Post Tax Season” event at the Center Club. Evelyn entertained the attendees with makes Inspired Financial unique in the format of a David Letterman’s Top 10 List! They loved it!
