Life as an Intern at Inspired Financial

Posted August 10, 2016 by Rex Wang

It has been an absolute pleasure and blessed opportunity to work with a team that is the best at what they do. They have given me both “pearls of wisdom” as I prepare for my career and practical life lessons. And an appreciation for my parents’ investment in me for my 21 years of life.  As I move forward in the financial planning profession, I will remember my time at Inspired Financial as a personal milestone to my future success.

Office Announcements

We are pleased to announce that we were successful in filling two positions at Inspired Financial with some very exceptional people. Rachel Olson will be our new Client Services Associate starting on September 19th. She will be working closely with Beth and also taking on more technical responsibilities. She is a native of Huntington Beach and enjoys hiking, cooking, and wine tasting. Leslie Dermon will be our new Associate Financial Planner. She is a native of France, but will be moving here from a well-respected financial planning firm in Fresno where she had three years of experience. She enjoys travel, CrossFit, and playing the piano. Stay tuned for more details in our next blog issue! Their arrival is timely as Beth will be out of the office for the next two months starting September 2nd to recover from her foot surgery. We will miss her and hope she recovers quickly!
Evelyn was recently featured as a top advisor in the Investment News sharing how her skills as an intelligence officer for the U.S. Air Force has transferred to financial planning and served her well.
Evelyn and Mark celebrated their second family wedding this summer as daughter, Alison, got married at Amelia Island, FL on August 27th. It was a wonderful event and they had a lot of fun with their family (if in doubt, see the “flying Anna” picture below). Evelyn passed a milestone birthday last week, too, when she hit the half century mark.
