SUNDAY 24 January, 2016 - No Practice at the County Park
unless of course you want to hold your own which is ENCOURAGED!
TUESDAY 26 January, 2016 - No Yoga at Extreme Fitness, I am in an OnBook Play at the Community Theatre, please come! Dates are January 26 & 27.
FRIDAY 29 January, 2016 - No Qigong Class at Skagit this day, I am at the Burke Museum with my Anthropology class. We will add one more Friday to the schedule as make up which will be in March TBD.
Wednesday and Friday Qigong classes are welcoming students. We are not as full as promised, so if you wanted to double your practice or add a day of Qigong to your practice, please email.
